| As a life-long New Yorker and Long Islander who needed a better way of life, Craig moved to North Carolina several years ago. He came for the weather, the open space and the "Southern hospitality". All of which has made him happy to call North Carolina HOME!
What Makes Me Different? Communication I am committed to keeping my clients aware of what is going on, whether it be in the in the sale of their present home or in looking for a new home. If you are selling your home with me, I will call you every week to let you know how the week has progressed. We will discuss the week’s showings and feedback, what else has sold or been put on the market in the neighborhood, and what is needed to bring an Offer to your home. I’ll let you know whenever your home is advertised, when I’ve had to replace flyers, and whenever we’ve had phone calls from agents or buyers with any interest in your home. Once your home is under contract, I will keep you advised of all the inspection dates & reports, how the negotiations are going, and what papers and information will be needed from you for the closing attorney. If you are looking to buy a home, I will meet with you to discuss your needs and wants and go over how the process of buying a home in North Carolina works. I will show you what is currently available and as I show you homes, continuously reevaluate what you like in a home, and what you don’t like of course! Once I’ve helped you find your new home, I will take care of all the negotiations, setting up the inspections, discussing the reports with you and guiding you every step of the way right up until and then after the closing. Follow Up I pride myself on the follow up service I give to both my buyers and our sellers. To me, the sale doesn’t end at the closing table. I make sure all the last details are done and that you are happy in your new home. My follow up communication with inspectors, attorneys, fellow agents, etc. is well known. I am constantly on top of the situation, doing my best to insure that everyone is doing his or her job. Market knowledge Of course, all the viewing of homes in the world or marketing a home for sale doesn’t do any good if I don’t know what the local market is doing. I am continuously previewing new listings in the neighborhoods, keeping abreast of changes in current listings, and knowing when homes have sold, for how much and how long they’ve been on the market. I review the monthly stats of what the Real Estate market is doing in several counties in the Triangle, as compared to nationwide trends. I will share my research and knowledge with you so that you can get the most home at the best price, or sell your home for the highest price possible. Let my team be a part of YOUR team! |
